Maryam Nawaz Announces New Registration in Benazir Kafaalat Program
Good news! It is a big news for all the poor living in Pakistan that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced new registration in Benazir Kafalat program. For those who were not registered yet, there is a wave of happiness that the registration has started. The financial assistance amount will be added to the new beneficiaries and those who were ineligible have also been given a last chance to register so that financial assistance can be provided to all those who are poor.
Maryam Nawaz has initiated many programs as soon as she became the Chief Minister, including Naghban Program, Punjab Bike Scheme, Solar Panel Scheme and Laptop Scheme. After the launch of these schemes, the government has now announced that new registrations will also be started in the Benazir Kafalat program. Eligibility Criteria for the Benazir Kafaalat Program
Benazir Kafalat Program has made an eligibility criteria for registration and eligibility only those who meet this important criteria will be registered and given financial assistance. It is not possible to give financial assistance to all people, so only those who are absolutely poor and deserving are given financial assistance. Maryam Nawaz Sharif has made a few changes in the eligibility criteria. Here we will tell you the complete eligibility criteria:
- Your poverty score should be less than 32
- Widowed women should have a poverty score of less than 35
- No more than two acres of land should be registered in your name
- You are not getting financial assistance from any government scheme before
- Your household consists of five or more people
- Your identity card must be made
- You are a resident of Pakistan

How to Register for the Benazir Kafaalat Program
The registration process for the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is now simplified and easy. The government has initiated a dynamic survey for individuals who were previously disqualified, allowing them another chance to register. The survey must be completed by June 30, 2024. To register, individuals need to visit their nearest BISP tehsil office.
When visiting the office, make sure to update your ID card through NADRA. This involves updating your fingerprints and obtaining a Family Registration Certificate (FRC). Once you have these documents, proceed to the nearest BISP office. There, you’ll need to obtain a token from the representative and wait for your turn.
During your turn, inform the representative that you’re there for the NSER survey. This survey involves answering various questions about your financial situation. Additionally, you’ll need to provide your mobile number for Confirmation Message. After the survey, your information will be verified, and you’ll receive a confirmation message on your mobile once the process is complete.

Benefits of the Benazir Kafaalat Program for Poor People
There are many benefits of registering in Benazir Kafalat program. The first benefit is that you are given a financial assistance of 10 thousand five rupees every day after the month and this financial assistance is given to you until your financial conditions are corrected and you become stable. Apart from this, it has many other benefits under the Benazir Kafal program, the children of eligible families will be given free Taleemi wazaif.
