The Department of Social Welfare and Baitul Mal Punjab has started disability registration to provide assistance to disabled people across Punjab. There is a golden opportunity for all the underprivileged people across Punjab who have not yet registered and applied for financial assistance, now they can complete their registration at home.


By registering with this program, they will get free travel facilities in government transport, get Himmat card in which they will be given 10500 rupees every three months and a special reduction in taxes. معذور افراد کی سہولت کے لیے حکومت پنجاب کی جانب سے ایک ویب سائٹ بنائی گئی ہے تاکہ انہیں کسی قسم کی پریشانی کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے اور وہ گھر بیٹھے اپنی ضروری رجسٹریشن کر سکیں۔ رجسٹریشن کا عمل ذیل میں تفصیل سے بیان کیا گیا ہے۔

سب سے پہلے، آپ کو آفیشل ویب سائٹ dpmis.punjab.gov.pk/register پر جانا ہوگا۔

آپ کے سامنے ایک فورم شو ہوگا جس میں آپ کو اپنی معلومات درج کرنی ہوگی۔

جس میں آپ کو اپنا نام، ای میل ایڈریس، CNIC یا بے فارم نمبر، برتھ سرٹیفکیٹ نمبر، موبائل نمبر، اپنا ڈویژن، ضلع، میڈیکل بورڈ، اور پاس ورڈ درج کرنا ہوگا۔

اس کے بعد رجسٹر کا بٹن دبائیں اور آپ کی رجسٹریشن مکمل ہو جائے گی۔

رجسٹریشن مکمل کرنے کے بعد، آپ کو ایک ملاقات کا وقت بُک کرنا ہوگا جس میں ڈاکٹر آپ کا چیک اپ کرے گا۔

اس کے بعد، آپ کے پاس میڈیکل اسائنمنٹ ہوگا میڈیکل اسائنمنٹ کے بعد آپ کی MSO تصدیق ہوگی۔

اس کے بعد، آپ کو ٹویوٹا کی طرف سے تربیت دی جائے گی اور پھر آپ کو ایک سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کیا جائے گا۔

سرٹیفکیٹ حاصل کرنے کے بعد، آپ آسانی سے ہمت کارڈ حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ ایک بار جب آپ کو ہمت کارڈ مل جاتا ہے، تو آپ کسی بھی بینک کے اے ٹی ایم کا استعمال کرکے رقم نکال سکتے ہیں۔

  • After that, you will have a medical assignment After the medical assignment you will have MSO verification.
  • After that, you will be trained by Toyota and then you will be provided with a certificate.
  • Once you get the certificate, you can easily get Himmat card. Once you get Himmat card, you can withdraw money using any bank’s ATM.
