Good news for those people who applied in the first phase of the 15 lakh loan scheme but whose names did not appear in the balloting results, the Punjab government has allowed such people to apply again in the second phase of the 15 lakh loan scheme. Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz says that this program is being provided to the people of Punjab so that every citizen of Punjab has his own house.

The registration process of phase one of the 15 lakh loan scheme has been completed and the citizens of Punjab have been provided with their own houses through balloting according to the district-wise quota.

New Eligibility Criteria Allocate by the Government of Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced the new criteria for phase two. Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has strictly announced that only the deserving people will be given a loan of 15 lakh rupees. A 15 lakh loan scheme can be provided to those who do not already own a house and do not have the capital to build a house. If you meet the following criteria, you will also be provided with a loan of Rs 15 lakh by the Punjab government, which you can use to build your own house.

Eligible criteria are mentioned below:

  • You must be a permanent resident of the province of Punjab.
  • You must be over 18 years of age.
  • You must be married.
  • You must not already own your home.
  • You can have 5 marla urban or 10 marla rural land.
  • You have completed the PSER survey.

Note:

Remember that a PMT score is no longer necessary to apply for the Apna Chhat Apna Ghar scheme as per the Punjab Government’s new update, so whatever your PMT score is, it has no bearing on your application.

 When you register in the 15 lakh loan scheme provided by the Punjab government, some documents are asked from you. The purpose of asking for these documents is to verify your personality and decide whether to provide you with an interest-free loan of Rs 15 lakh to build your own house or not.   • Front side photograph of your National Identity Card approved by the Government of Pakistan

Step-by-Step Registration Guide for Previously Ineligible People

If you also applied in the first phase of the 15 lakh loan scheme, but your name did not appear in the blotting results, then there is no need to worry. For your convenience, the Punjab government has provided you with the opportunity to register in phase two of the 15 lakh loan scheme. The registration procedure is the same as the phase one method which you can easily do at your home.

The registration procedure is explained below:

  • To register first make sure that your PSER survey is completed.
  • Visit the official website of ACAG (https://acag.punjab.gov.pk/) in your system.
  • If you are a new user, create your account using your CNIC number, phone number, address, passport, and email address.
  • After creating the account, log in to the account using your CNIC number and password.
  • You will have some terms and conditions. Express agreement with these terms and conditions.
  • After that provide your personal information like CNIC number, phone number, address, name, father’s name, and father’s CNIC number.
  • Enter your account information such as account holder name, account type, account number, etc.
  • Upload a picture of your life.
  • Upload your documents such as CNIC and property documents.
  • Finally, enter your feedback and submit your application.
