Once your verification is complete with NADRA, you have to take your identity card and other required documents to the nearest Benazir Income Support Program office and get your dynamic survey done.

Online Registration Process

The government has introduced a new portal and form for the registration of people who do not have a BISP tehsil office near them. You can confirm your registration with the help of both Upform and Portal. Go to the government’s official website and download the form. Then, print it out and submit it to Benazir’s office.


Apart from this, you can also get up-registration through the online portal. A portal has been created by the government, and you will be given an online form. You have to enter all your information into this form. After that, the form has to be submitted, and your information will be sent to the government. You will receive a confirmation message on your mobile number as soon as your information is verified.

A helpline has also been introduced by the Benazir Kafalat Program to facilitate people and to register any complaints. You can register your complaints by contacting this helpline. The government has released the money and has taken strict measures to register complaints if anyone deducts the money.
