- Per the NSER survey, the applicant should have a poverty score of less than 40%.
- You must have a Pakistani National Identity Card; if you have dual citizenship, you are not eligible for the scheme.
- The applicant must own his own house, if he lives in a rented house he must get permission from the landlord to install solar panels.
- The applicant should have an electricity bill for the last six months, showing electricity consumption in the required units.

- For proof of the last six months’ bill receipt,
