PSER Survey
PSER Survey is launched by the Punjab Government to register people in the programs issued by the Government. The purpose of this program is to collect information of people living in Punjab so that whenever the government launches a program, it can use this data to qualify or disqualify people.
The PSER survey will include all the data of the people such as how their house conditions are, whether their house walls are brick or brick, how much is their monthly household income, how much household expenses are in the household, how much People are earning, how many people are disabled or sick, all information will be taken. The purpose of all this information is to know what percentage you are poor and what percentage your poverty score is.
This program has been started by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif to register the poor people for the programs started by the government like Punjab Bikes Scheme, Punjab Solar Panel Scheme, Kisan Card, Green Tractor Scheme, Negahban Program. The program should be included in the free ration program etc. and their eligibility should be easily checked by registering them.
This is a very good initiative by the government through which people will get the data to the government and they will be able to complete their registration easily. To make this a practical example, more than five thousand registration centers have been established across Punjab where you can go and get your registration done. Apart from this, the PSER portal has also been launched so you can ensure your registration online from the comfort of your home.

NSER Survey
Now let me tell you what is NSER survey. A few years ago, a survey was launched by the Benazir Income Support Program to collect information from people. In this survey, Benazir Income Support Program teams used to go to people’s homes and collect their data, it is called NSER Survey or National Socio-Economic Survey. This survey was conducted many years ago and according to this survey those who are poor and have a low poverty score are being registered under the Benazir Income Support Program and are being provided with financial assistance.
It has now been decided by the government that the NSER survey will be conducted every three years so that fresh data of the people is available to the government. Those who become stable should be removed from the program and those whose financial conditions deteriorate should be registered in Benazir Kafalat program through NSER survey.
