15 Lakh Loan Under Apni Chhat Apna Ghar
It is great news for all such poor people who want to get their own house that the Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched the Apna Chhat Apna Ghar program. This program is giving loans of up to 15 lakh rupees to the poor to build their own houses.
This is a very good initiative by the Chief Minister of Punjab. Under this program, 70 thousand families across Punjab will be given loans to build their own houses. This loan is given to you for a maximum period of seven years.

Eligibility Criteria to Get 15 Lakh Loan
An eligibility criteria has also been made by the government to get a loan of Rs 15 lakh through the Apni Apna Ghar Scheme. Only those applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be granted the loan. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The applicant must have a plot of at least five marles in the city or a plot of at least 10 marles in the villages.
- Applicant must be the head of his family tree as per NADRA records
- The applicant should have his identity card and be a permanent resident of Punjab
- Applicant should not have any criminal record like fraud and local crimes etc
- Applicant should not have loan default from any financial institution or bank
- Applicant should have PMT score less than 60 as per NSER survey

Registration Process
Registration in the Apna Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme has been made very easy so that even an ordinary person can register and get a loan. Because Maryam Nawaz wants all the residents of Punjab to have their own house.
For this reason, the application process has also been made easy. Registration offices have been established in all the districts of Punjab. Where you can get your registration done because these offices are set up at the district level, you may have trouble getting there.
- That is why the government has launched the portal acag.punjab.gov.pk so that people can submit their applications at home.
- To register through the portal, first, you have to create your account.
- Then login to the account using your credentials.
- The application form will open in front of you and you have to enter all the required information correctly.
- If you are unable to fill out the form, you can ask an educated person to fill the form.

For registration you need documents as these documents contain information about your land ownership your income your identity your address so prepare the below documents before applying.
- Your Nadra verified updated ID card
- Your mobile number which is registered on your identity card
- Your passport-size image
- Front and back clear photo of UP ID card
- Copy of your land ownership documents in PDF form
