DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
At Todayalerts.pk, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedure for addressing copyright infringement claims.
Filing a DMCA Complaint

Review and Response
Upon receiving your DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the complaint for validity and completeness.
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the material that it has been removed or disabled.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:
- Your Contact Information
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Material
- A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A Statement of Good Faith Belief
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A Statement of Consent
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Your Physical or Electronic Signature
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Sending Your Counter-Notification
Please send your counter-notification to the following email address:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the use of the material within 10 business days, we will restore the material.
