Families considered ineligible for cash payments by BISP include:
- Serving and retired employees of the Government of Pakistan are not eligible for this program.
- Families owning more than three agricultural plots or residential plots of more than 80 square yards are also not eligible for this program.
- Members with National Identity Cards for Overseas Citizens are not eligible for this program.
- Members with bank accounts are also not eligible for this program.
